Our offices in Eldoret are located on 9th floor of Daima (MUPS) Towers along Uganda road/Waiganjo Street junction, in Nairobi, on 3rd Ngong Avenue, Kenya Bankers Centre second floor
The firm handles legal matters within Rift Valley, Western Kenya, Nyanza region and Nairobi.The firm has over the years grown from a sole proprietorship to a partnership. We have also grown in terms of size from a small firm to a large law firm.
Over the years, we've been engaged in high profile litigation and conveyancing. The firm’s success rate in litigation is impressive and delivers services on time. The firm has been able to retain it’s client and at the same time attract several new clients. The firm is therefore regarded and accepted by it’s peers as a large corporate law firm and continues to grow.
All staff in the firm have individual work stations fully equipped with a computer, printer, phone and scanner. All the computers use the standard Microsoft working programmes. The firm has a registry comprising of two full time staff. Our registry staff handles all incoming and outgoing correspondences as well as maintaining a court diary. The firm is connected to reliable internet facilities

GODFREY NATHAN KITIWA
LL.B (Hons) UON, LLM (UON),Dip. Law (KSL)
Mr. Kitiwa is the Managing Partner. He was admitted to the bar in 1996. He holds a Masters of Law degree in Commercial law from the University of Nairobi. He also holds a Bachelors of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and a diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law. Currently he is a lecturer at Moi
University School of law and a former head of department of Commercial Law at Moi University School of Law.
He was a council member of the Law Society of Kenya between 2012 and 2018. He is a former Secretary General of the East Africa Law Society. He was a member of the Cooperative Tribunal between March 2013 and March 2019. Was the Editor in Chief of the Law Society of Kenya Journal between 2012 and 2018. He is a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary public. He has written many journal articles and has also delivered papers during Advocates Continuous Professional Development Seminars. He is currently pursuing a Phd in Public Procurement and Disposal law.
He has experience in handling Constitutional and Judicial Review matters, Commercial and corporate law and is a consultant in Commercial Law. He has litigated and won many cases in the above areas. He is currently pursuing an LLD at Strathmore University School of Law.
